Augustana’s Steinway Concert Grand Piano

In 1996, Augustana College hand selected a new 9' Steinway Concert Grand Piano directly from Steinway Hall in New York City. This instrument is a premier artist-level performing instrument and is used in Kresge Recital Hall.

While this piano is used on a very limited basis for guest artist and faculty recitals, piano students also are allowed to perform on the instrument in master-classes and recitals .
